Serçin, located on Lake Bafa shore, is home to the eel which migrate from Gulf of Saragossa of Mexico. When you visit Serçin, you can eat or buy fish such as sea bass, and grey mullet along with eel caught from Lake Bafa. You can taste local delicacies such as marinated grilled eel, and a dish made from deboned carp.
