Route Details

After you’re done with your tour of Germencik District’s Balatçık village, you can go 13 km in the North direction on the mountain road surrounded by sycamore and olive trees, and reach Şirince. Village bazaar where olive products are sold, winehouses and the historical Greek houses on cobblestone streets are places worth seeing. You can also visit cellars, the Church of St. John the Baptist,  and Theatre Madrasa located in the village centre.
