Narlıdere Canyon, located about 1 km North of Efeler District’s İmamköy, is one of the places in Aydın that is worth seeing with its mysterious caves, Byzantine period ruins, and hot springs. Narlıdere, formed by the flowing water from Pasha Plateau and named after the pomegranate trees that grow inside the canyon, brings vibrant life to the region every season of the year, and creates a rich biodiversity in its surroundings. This place is a home to tree and plant species such as sycamore trees, pomegranate trees, fir trees, cistus-laden, sweetgum trees, along with many wild animals such as long-legged buzzard, short-toed eagle, sparrowhawk, roller, turtle dove, wood pigeon.
