Route Details

At local restaurants in the region you can taste fish, such as trout and catfish that grow in Kemer Dam Lake. Afterwards, you can go on a tour of the canyon with boats that set off from Aydın Metropolitan Municipality’s pier in Kemer Dam Lake. In addition, you can buy local agricultural products from Kemer Village Bazaar that was set up by the initiative of Aydın Metropolitan Municipality. Later on the route, you can reach Güvenir village by cycling by the side of Kemer Dam and Arapapıştı Canyon, and from Güvenir you can arrive in Körteke village. You can see Körteke Castle that was built on Xyatis Ancient City as you cycle from Körteke to Örencik village. When you reach Örencik village, you can watch the view of Kemer Dam, and visit the village’s unique stone houses as you stroll through the pine trees.
