Route Details

You can see the old Greek houses and fountains in Bağarası village, and visit the historical mosque and the historical mansion in Akçakaya on Kisir village road. If you come to this place in winter you can see the ponds that form in front of Akçakaya. You can travel through Latmos’ (Beşparmak Mountains) unique nature and arrive in Kisir Village where you can observe historical houses as well as the region’s wildlife. When you arrive in Karakaya village, located 19 km away from Kisir village, you can stop by at Aydın Metropolitan Municipality’s Latmos Visitor Centre and get information about Latmos, then go on a hike, and visit the site of prehistoric rock paintings during your hike.
