Route Details

Çakırbeyli is another village of Aydın which is rich in natural beauty. In the village, you can visit the Adnan Menderes Commemoration Corner located inside the multi purpose hall complex, as well as the Adnan Menderes Ranch House.  In Çakırbeyli, thanks to Çakırbeyli Village Bazaar that was set up by Aydın Metropolitan Municipality’s initiative, you can have access to local agricultural products every Sunday, just like many other domestic and foreign tourists that come from Aydın and other places.

After a 17 km travel through olive trees and cotton fields, you’ll reach Koçarlı. Koçarlı is a district of Aydın, which lived through periods, such as Ancient, Ottoman and Republic periods. In the district centre, you can visit landmarks like Cihanoğlu Tower and Cihanoğlu Mosque which were left from the Ottoman period. We also recommend that you taste pide (flat bread with ground meat) in Koçarlı. If you visit Koçarlı in May, you can join the Pine Nut Festival as well. After traveling for 9 km from Koçarlı, you’ll reach Güdüşlü village. In the village, you can visit Güdüşlü Fountains mentioned in folk songs, and chat with the villagers. From Güdüşlü, you can travel to Bağarası village, and visit old Greek houses and fountains.
